Add your files and click “Transfer”. Once the file upload is successful, input your details and click “Send Artwork”. Our preferred format is press ready PDF’s (all images must be converted to CMYK prior to being converted to a PDF).
Once you have uploaded your artwork you are officially signing off for the work to be produced.
Supplying Artwork
Preferred format PDF ‘Press Quality’ Using Acrobat Distiller
- All artwork to be supplied as high resolution (300dpi)
- Please ensure when exporting your file it is saved correctly for ‘commercial printing’ – see below
- Resolution > select > press quality, this is a pre-set and no other settings need to be made
Photoshop
- Set resolution to 300dpi when creating new document at same size
- Image Mode: CMYK
- Save file either as TIFF or JPEG
Illustrator
- Include all embedded images
- Document Colour Mode: CMYK
- Convet all text to curves
- Save as an EPS file
InDesign
- Spot Colour Documents must include all Pantone Swatches
- All fonts and pictures must be supplied in a separate folder using the ‘package’ function under the ‘file’ menu
- Please include a PDF for our reference
Imposition
- Please supply your files as single pages
- Please send one version only with all pages consecutively ordered > Front Cover, Inside Cover – Content – Inside Back Cover, Back Cover
Bleed
- Please ensure you supply all artwork with a minimum of 3mm bleed
- Bleeds are essential for cutting purposes and to ensure a clean finish
